What We Do

At Black Boy Diary, we’re all about uplifting Black and Brown youth through mentorship, education, and community service. We believe that with the right support, guidance, and resources, every young person has the power to reach their full potential.

Through our mentorship and tutoring programs, we help students navigate both their academic and personal journeys, whether schoolwork, emotional growth, or just having a solid support system. But our work doesn’t stop in the classroom. We’re out in the community, organizing street clean ups, neighborhood outreach, and hands-on service projects that make a real impact.

We also know that mental well-being and self-empowerment are just as important. That’s why we create safe spaces for Black and Brown leaders to connect, grow, and pour into each other. Whether it’s through book clubs, Unique journaling sessions, or open discussions, we aim to inspire others to feel seen, heard, and valued.  Through mentorship, education, service, and ADCOVACY, we’re building a future where Black and Brown youth are supported, inspired, and ready to lead.
